Covid Policy

The systems we have implemented are operating perfectly and the strict risk assessment we completed has allowed us to guarantee the safety and comfort of both Customers and Staff.

We operate the following protocols:

A maximum of 3 adults (including Staff) can be in the shop at any one time.

Customers will be asked to sanitise their hands upon entry.

Face masks (supplied if required) MUST be worn by Customers and Staff at all times.

2 metre social distancing MUST be observed wherever possible.

All frames touched by a Customer MUST be placed in the Customer’s selection tray (even if they immediately decide against that model).

Following the Customer’s departure all frames in the “Customer’s selection tray” are sanitised using alcoholic wipes and then replaced on the racks.

The empty Customer selection tray(s) is also then sanitised using alcohol wipes.

All surfaces are wiped down using alcohol wipes after each Customer.

Staff MUST sanitise hands before and after each Customer.

Additionally, if you prefer a home visit, we continue to offer that option and our staff have been trained to comply with Government guidelines.
